Starter Tracker Breakdown

Unique identifier. Use supplier order number or create your own format like JS-001.
Product Name
The exact item name. Be descriptive so you recognize it later.
Purchase Price
What you paid the supplier, including any per-item shipping costs.
Selling Price
What you expect to sell it for. Update this if market prices shift.
Platform Fees
Marketplace commission. Usually 8-15% depending on the platform.
Shipping
Cost to ship to your customer. Include packaging if significant.
Profit
Auto-calculated. Green when positive, red when negative.
Status
Dropdown: Purchased, In Transit, Listed, Sold, Shipped.
Date
Purchase date. Use it to sort and filter by time period.

Can I modify the templates?
Yes. Once you make a copy, it is yours. Add columns, change colors, rename headers. The only rule is: do not delete formula cells unless you know what you are doing.
Are the templates compatible with Excel?
Mostly yes. Download as Excel from Google Sheets. Basic formulas transfer perfectly. Some conditional formatting rules may look slightly different in Excel.
